Evening all,

Sorry for the delay everyone, it has been rather busy for me lately and my computer is causing me some hassle as well. Fortunately I have all my files saved in at least 3 places (and 2 backups), so no risk of loosing those at present. My screen just doesn't want to work any longer and I have to use the telly as monitor instead. Now waiting for a new laptop. but that will take another month or so. A lovely birthday pressie for me, lol.

Winner of the August Challenge!

Afternoon all,

Sorry for the delay everyone, it has been rather busy for me lately. But I have now finally had a chance to do a draw for the winner of the August challenge. There have been a record 17 entries this month and I'm quite chuffed with that. I hope there will be some more entries this month.

The delay was caused due to being on holiday for 2 weeks in August. We returned home in the early hours of Monday the 26th and I then had to drive my eldest to Aberdeen at 8.30am. We arrived back home late on the Tuesday and I then was full days at work for the remainder of the week. Then we were off again to Edinburgh last Sunday and returned on Monday night with me being back at work again for the remainder of the week. No time for crafting or much else I'm afraid.

I was keeping my fingers crossed that we would have a new winner this month and I couldn't believe what I saw when I checked and double checked. A new winner! Love your card as well.

I'm sure you will all agree we need to thank Stephanie for pointing something out. Yes, my list of followers has grown to 47 today, but I have totally missed out the e-mail subscribers. I was actually not aware that I had access to your e-mail addresses. I now only have one little problem. Some of the subscriptions may be from people who also have registered as a follower. I have checked both lists as much as I'm possible to find out any duplications. This is however not an easy task. Some of you may have an e-mail address not listed on your blogs or the names on e-mail and google profile may not match.
