Another little freebie to go with the last one.

I put on a cute little baby polar bear as freebie on Thursday. Just to fit in with that I also created a little gift tag, using the same image on one of my Blue Christmas papers in the coloured version. Hope you like it. It's a very early Christmas present from me to you.
