Last one for tonight, bedtime now

Evening all,

Just managed to get the last of the 3 images sorted for the Digital Drawing Challenges at CDAC.

Rather last minute. I had it done a few weeks ago when I first heard the challenge this time. I had however not had a chance to actually get it finished and cleaned before today.
The theme this time is:

DOES YOUR DOG BITE / DOES YOUR CAT SCRATCH (Pets) With FALLING LEAVES
( Fall inspired THEMES)

And here is one of my interpretations. I'm not convinced I will be able to finish the last 1 I did in time for the end of this challenge. Hope you like 'Trying to Rest', a rather grumpy cat getting annoyed about the falling leaves.

Don't forget the current challenge on this blog.

Quick reminder!

There are not many entries to my current challenge so far (only one). The challenge is to make a shaped card or use the inspiration picture provided and you are to use one of my products for this challenge as well. If you scroll down, there is actually a template for a shaped card in last week's (Thursday's) post, this should make life quite easy I guess. You can find the challenge here.

Hope to see you here.

Just to put you even more on your way (as a very early Christmas present), here is another freebie for a shaped easel card.

If you have difficulty putting it together, have a look at a tutorial for a different easel card sheet I have done (flower), which can be found here.

So, come on, there are no more excuses not to join in. Hope to see some more entries very soon!

Love,

Jo.

Better late than never, a very belated Sunday Special Freebie.

Evening all,

I know, it is Monday night already here in the UK. Unfortunately I was unable to access the internet over the weekend, my connection was playing up badly. I had planned to put this freebie on as a 24 hour freebie only, I will still do this, it will stay on till Wednesday night (48 hours-ish) instead to make up for loosing out on yesterday.

Here it is, it's called Howling Wolf. Hope you like it. Feel free to use it for the current challenge, I would love to see a few more entries, only one so far. It runs till the end of this month only!

Thursday Freebie time again.

Morning all,

Hope you are all well and your internet connection is better than mine. Today I have a very special freebie for you. It's a template for a shaped card. Just print off on good quality card, cut out, fold and you're done.

Hope you like it. I used a photo I made of a Amur Tiger in a nearby zoo last February. I also have a little other freebie, a sentiment using some of my Blue Christmas papers. This way there should be something for everyone.

Sorry, this no longer is a freebie!

And here is the inside of the cards using some photo's from the zoo

Sunday Special Freebie

Morning all,

It's Sunday again and time for another Sunday Special Freebie. Sorry, if you missed them over the last few weeks. Holiday, work and housework came in between a bit too much. Well, that and a lack of proper access to the internet. It is still not behaving very well.

But, at least there is a new one for you. Hope you like it. This is my 'Surfer'. He will be up for about a week.

Remember my little rules for downloading my papers and their use, they are fairly simple:

  1. Do not claim as your own
  2. Give credit where credit is due
  3. If you wish to share, please direct people to this blog instead
  4. Please leave a comment if you grab any of my freebies. Knowing you appreciate them, motivates me to put more up.
So, here it is:

Another Thursday Freebie again.

Morning all,

Today at CRAFT Challenge I'm one of the sponsors for the challenge. Our challenge there this week is 'Autumn' and I have used some of my own papers for this challenge. (from my 'Red Chocolate Caramel' papers). You can find them below.

(using 'Suze-Jo and her worms by LEJ Designs)

(using 'Rainy Day Becky' by eyeCandie Creations)

To make it fitting, I thought it might be nice to give you a paper from this pack as a freebie this week. Don't forget my current challenge on this blog either. Feel free to enter (it runs till midnight on 30th of September) this challenge as well if you like. The challenge is an inspiration picture, but I'm sure you could also make this paper fit in with the challenge. (There is another paper there if you like, which will be up for the full duration of the challenge).

The rules for downloading my papers and their use are fairly simple:

  1. Do not claim as your own
  2. Give credit where credit is due
  3. If you wish to share, please direct people to this blog instead
  4. Please leave a comment if you grab any of my freebies. Knowing you appreciate them, motivates me to put more up.
So, here is the paper (leaves) promised, it will remain on this post for about a week, then it no longer will be a freebie I'm afraid. Keep a look out for further freebies on this blog, I'm hoping to add another one this weekend.

Thursday 6 September 2012

Time for another Thursday freebie! Time for another challenge!

Morning all,

Apologies for being absent the last week and a bit. I'm afraid I have simply been a bit too busy after coming back from holiday. I had a some guests to stay as well and therefore needed to be as social a being as I could be while also working.

Things are now near enough back to normal. Kids back to school tomorrow, back to normal working routine and guests have gone home again.

So, here is a freebie paper for you today, which I created as part of a new paper pack 'Scottish Castle'. I have used a colour palette using colours from this week's inspiration picture at CRAFT Challenge.

Feel free to join us there for the challenge, we would love to see you there.

I will also post a challenge here again. About time as well, I hear you say. In view of the fact that there is a very low entry number (1 most challenges only so far), this challenge will be running for most of September. Closing Date will be the 30th of September at midnight (so from Friday on Saturday) GMT. This should give you plenty of time to enter. No reason not to join in this time I would think.

I will be posting some regular freebies again. Use one of my freebies/products to be eligible to win a prize.

Here is the Thursday freebie. It is one of the papers from the new pack.
As always, here are my rules:
  1. Do not claim as your own
  2. Give credit where credit is due
  3. If you wish to share, please direct people to my blog instead
  4. Please leave a comment if you grab my freebies, knowing you appreciate them motivates me to keep putting them up.

Sorry, this no longer is a freebie!
Check more recent posts for current
freebies.

So, now down to the challenge for this month:

1. Create something which fits in with any of the below subjects:
  • Shaped Card OR
  • Use Inspiration Picture above
2. Use one of my products

The winner will be drawn randomly from all entries and will win the following prize:

  • 1 paper pack from my blog of the winner's choice OR
  • 2 easel card sheets from my blog of the winner's choice OR
  • 3 digistamps from my blog of the winner's choice.
Looking forward to seeing you enter this time, it's about time some more people join in with the challenge!

Love,

Jo.
